INDIA
Marie was a member of a team from New Life Church, Biddeford Maine who left mid winter to arrive in southern India and 90 degrees and 90% humidity. We were tasked with ministry to the girls home -- young school age girls and older young ladies. During the day we shared teachings with the ladies and when the girls arrived home from school we played games outside with them. We also visited a boys orphanage and a Compassion School. Some say that broken English is the universal language -- I think a genuine, sincere smile crosses all language barriers.
